Liverpool's Star Issues Regret to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has revealed that Salah expressed regret to the team in the wake of the controversy from his recent interview.

Salah was left out from a European match subsequent to making accusations and claiming his connection to the head coach had soured.
“He speaks for himself and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He apologised to us and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, I'm sorry.’”
The head coach has previously declined to disclose on whether he received a personal apology from the player.
Looking Ahead
The player stated that the team's response remained positive. “He was the exact same Mo, he had a big smile on his face and everybody was exactly the same with him,” Jones added.
The midfielder also implied that a teammate fighting for a place is less of an issue. “I get that there are different methods you can go about things,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just sit out, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”
Positive Results
The team's performance have stayed unbeaten in the period after the initial controversy. Jones believes the forward's comments were not intended to harm the team.
“In moments of frustration, the source has been from a place of caring,” Jones concluded. “We’re past that now and we’re gelling well as a team, performing and on a positive run.”
